B&W directed opinion research, public education and funding strategies for Bend’s $190 million bond measure that was planned for the May 2020 ballot. The program covered all the routes and intersections currently designated for signal improvements and is designed to reduce traffic congestion and improve the safety of neighborhood streets in Bend.
