OUR CLIENT:
City of Salem
OUR WORK:
The City of Salem knows that public parks are important for creating a welcoming, vibrant, and livable community. The City actively plans improvements to public parks to ensure that there are recreation opportunities and natural areas accessible throughout the City. Community input is important in this process to ensure city parks are sources of physical activity, green space, and economic benefit for Salem families and neighborhoods. Barney & Worth works with landscape architects and Salem's Public Works team during the visioning and planning process on community outreach to help determine park improvements.
Projects include master planning for: Battle Creek Park, Geer Park, Salem Riverfront Park and Woodsee Park.
